Northern lights hunting with reindeer

First you get an introduction about the reindeer we have at the sanctuary, and we will show you the newcomers - the little reindeer calves. You will get a short introduction how these little ones are tamed and how to earn their trust.

You will have opportunities to take photos and get to know the reindeer. Later we go to the "camp" where the lavvos and the campfires are, and the reindeer will join us there. We will feed the reindeer together.

If we are lucky, we get to see the Northern lights, but it can never be guaranteed. We do not have control over the nature and it is miracles. Northern lights are simply magical.

We will end the time in the Sami tent - the lavvo, with a bonfire coffee in the Sami traditional way. You will also get a little taste of reindeer meat snack.
